If you’ve got post Olympic/Big Dance blues sigh up for Save the Children’s fun-filled five hours of dance (10.30am-4pm) at Trinity Laban on Sunday 7 October.

Dance for five hours and raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship to help save children’s lives. If five hours is too much for you, then keep going for as long as you can, and take breaks in the café before dancing again.

For a £10 registration fee you’ll get to experience dance from all around the world including zumba and salsa – taught by top dancers. Not only will you have a fantastic, fun-filled day, you’ll also receive a goody bag to take home with you. There’s a fantastic line up of teachers:

Contemporary and Zumba: Bethan Peters and Stella Howard, Trinity Laban
Bollywood: Nileeka Gunawardene and Jennie Jethwani, Bollywood Dance London
Salsa: Olga Ribaka, The Latin Collective
Contemporary ballet: Paul Chantry and Rae Piper, Chantry Dance Company
