Aereoballet is a fusion technique and dance conditioning workout. It is inspired by Lotte Berk workout and traditional ballet barre, but also it includes elements from tribal and afro caribbean dance . A full immersion in your body to make it more efficient and shaped.

Isometric movements set to fast music sequences to give a total body workout that lifts your back, tones your thighs, tummy and arms, and burns fat in a short time using choreographies from latin, jazz and ballet workout. A unique blend of exercises including lunges, plies, squats, tendus, releves, torso twists, rib cage isolations, hip abductors, standing crunches, leg lifts, tricep kick-backs, push-ups, inner thigh leg lifts, and various cool-down stretches that will reshape every inch of your body.

Class details
In 55 minutes a full-body workout concentrates on: the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any strong jumping. Small movement in fast repetitions will shape your body and give results in a very short time. Each tone section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long and lean muscles. The technique works to challenge gravity and lift our bodies up!

The cardio section energizing rhythmic workout integrates ballet, jazz and aerobic dance moves into a fluid and continuous low impact session. A fabulous, fun and flowing workout that is safe and effective for all fitness levels.

General level, no previous dance experience is required.
