Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch — World Cities 2012 – the unprecedented season of works by the late, great German choreographer Pina Bausch opens at Sadler’s Wells this evening. Over the next five weeks, ten of her productions will be shown at the Barbican and Sadler’s Wells. Tickets are pretty much sold out – although some returns may be available – and the Barbican has a season of films inspired, or about Bausch, which will be worth a look as well. Full programme

The Evening Standard talks to artists who have been influenced by Pina Bausch, including Michael Keegan Dolan, Agnes B, Fiona Shaw and Alan Rickman. Evening Standard, 6 June
