News: Scottish Ballet Spring Sale

Scottish Ballet are having a spring clean and a sale in advance of its move to a new home at Tramway next year.

For your chance to buy a piece of ballet history you’ll need to get to Scottish Ballet’s Glasgow Headquarters early on Friday 1 & Saturday 2 June. Costumes, including assorted headdresses and accessories, spanning 30 years of Scottish Ballet history will be available to purchase, from as little as £5.

There will be tutus, shoes and memorabilia from across the decades to pick and mix from – including the costume Dame Margot Fonteyn wore in Peter Darrell’s Beardsley-inspired The Scarlet Pastorale, Lez Brotherston spiv suits and dresses for Adam Cooper’s Scratching the Surface, Jasper Conran designs for The Sleeping Beauty, 1994, and_Swan Lake_, 1995 – both featuring hours and hours of handiwork.

Full Productions and bulk orders are currently available for sale to Dance Companies, Dance Schools, Theatre Companies, Costume Stores, Galleries and other arts organisations.
