Is a documentary feature film about New York kids taking part in a city wide ballroom dancing competition. A feel good movie for all the right reasons, it shows the transformative power of dance. Carole Cadwalladr met the film makers: ‘Our critics say that the film isn’t edgy enough,’ says Amy. ‘But they just didn’t get it. We decided that there were enough people out there doing edgy and we wanted to do something different. You know things aren’t all rosy for these kids.
