Oscar Romp Exhibition Oscar Romp will be working live during the day, with his drawings and paintings of jazz-inspired dance will be on show throughout the day.

Welcome A short introduction to the day by JazzCotech’s Perry Louis.

Masterclass Contemporary Dance for dancers with some experience.
10.45-11.45am RFH Hothouse (For young people aged 12-18yrs)
Street Jazz Workshop From Old Skool Street Jazz to modern music, taken directly from the club Floor with Christine Hennecke.
11.45am-12.45pm RFH Ballroom
Capoeira Masterclass For young people and adults with some experience of dance, led by Paul Sadot.
12noon-1pm RFH Hothouse
Break A session for young people and adults demonstrating techniques in break. Bring kneepads if you have them.
1-3pm RFH Ballroom
Dance Showcase A series of performances showing a range of dance performed to live jazz.
With special guest artists the Dave O Higgins Quartet.
2.30-4.30pm Lift Lobby Waterloo Side (RFH Level 4) (For young people aged 10-16yrs)
Jazz-inspired T-shirt Design Following in the footsteps of Matisse, artist Dominic Allan will be creating jazzy T-shirts. A drop-in workshop, spaces limited.
2.30-3.30pm Voice Box (RFH Level 5)
Have you got what it takes? A chance for performers and people who are interested in finding out more about the jazz industry to talk to representatives from the UK jazz world, including Adrian Gibson.
3.15-4.15pm RF H Ballroom
Lindy Hoppping Masterclass Perfect your partner dancing with Julie Oram.
3.30-4.30pm RFH Hothouse
Jazz Tap Masterclass Tip-top tapping for intermediate and advanced dancers with Tobias Tak.
4.30-5.30pm RFH Ballroom
Fusion Jazz Dance Workshop Learn the basic fusion dance steps with Perry Louis : fast footwork, drop moves and improvisation.
5.30-7.30pm RFH Ballroom
Shiftless Shuffle: Jazz Dance Session Take to the floor with the moves you’ve learnt during the day with music spun by the fusion revival squad: DJ Seymour Nurse, Phil Levene, Brother Adam and Simon Mansell.
